You missed your calling man. You should have been an actor. Also being mixed with 2 ethnicities that age slowly, you would have had a long career.. haha. Glad you’re here with us though.
Shedding is normal. The problem is his Norwood level is so high that any amount of shedding is extremely obvious. But you can tell he’s maintaining very well regardless of sheds as the hair is growing back.
What essential oils are you using ? I was on minoxidil 2 years ,and finasteride for 3 years, after quiting minoxidil ,my hair was receeding ,last year I switched only to Avodart(dutasteride) and I'm using it almost for one year now,my hair isn't better but much less hairs on pillow and after showering ....Maybe I will put minoxidil again in my therapy together with peppermint oil .....
@@TheHungarianOak it’s the opposite. If you quit finasteride you start loosing hair that might not come back if you go back on finasteride. If you stop minoxidil you loose those gains. But if you start it again those gains might come back. Minoxidil is a growth stimulant. It does not stop Hairloss
I’ve heard that Quitting Minox can pretty much permanently screw up hair growth for the future. Like even getting back on Minox it’ll be hard to grow back
@@Who-Uhm-Cares It all depends from person to person,I personally have not have that bad situation.....I quit because It's pain in the ass putting it every day on the scalp and wait 3 hours not going anywhere after it's dry ,next all hair gets badly dependent on minox , I will rather use concelear and dutasteride ,but if I have no choice I will use it again in the future, for now I don't find it pay off ;)
DJ. This is The Third Video of your catalog I Seen this far, as far as The Scar and it is almost 2 years how you feel about it? 2). Is this something I should look forward to & did The Technician inform you it would take Longer or a certain time lines the scar would fill in? Thanks DJ.
Hi!! I hv been using minoxidil (morr f 5%) continuously for 8 months ..and i got some amazing result.. But now I am facing a severe hair loss again for 8 to 10 days.. It is like I am loosing every hair which I hv gained .. And I am using finesteroid also for 10 days.. But the hair fall continues.. Now what should I do?? Will I loose all of my hair?? Waiting for your reply..
You already answered why you have started to loose hair. You added finastride 10 days back and it makes you shed.. do not worry relax and give both the medicines time to work. You will shed badly. Your hair might look even worse. But 1year from now you will definitely have thicker stronger and healthier hair.
Hi I am using finasteride for a year now and it worked perfectly My hair didn’t fall off and I was very happy with the result But 2 weeks ago I noticed that my hair is falling off again Especially in the crown area Is it the shredding phase? Will it grow back? Because it fell off so quick and now I’m worried that it won’t grow back again ? BTW I subbed to your channel!
Have you ever looked into trying RU58841? Also I noticed in some of your videos you sometimes have puffy eyes. I felt like minoxidil did that to me hence why I stopped it. About 5 months have past since then and my skin and wrinkles have definitely improved. The puffy eyes are still there but slowly going down
Hey DJ, may i ask what do you do when the shedding phase occures? I heard minoxidil causes a shedding cycle like once in every 6-7 months. Some people stop using minoxidil when it started. How do you deal with it? You keep using minoxidil during that time?
Hi Erkam, thank for your question. Having gone through no less than four major sheds, the one thing that I always do is stay the course. I never give up on the regimen. Be it good times of growth, or bad times of shedding. Consistent treatment, having a long-term view and realistic expectations are the keys to fighting hair loss. Unless you are suffering from side effects or don’t have the disposable income to spend on hair loss treatment, you gain nothing by throwing in the towel. You’ll only be left with disappointment, bitterness, and a what-if feeling. Don’t give up brother. Do what you can with what you have and measure your progress in months rather than days or weeks. Hope that helps! -DJ
@@keratinbrotherhood thank you for the answer. I had hair transplant for the front and top of my head and using minoxidil+finasteride+derma roller for the back of my head just like you. In 3 months, i have got most hair back in that place. I am just afraid to lose them all once even though i am on these treatments :) but i wont stop fighting with it as you said. Your gain looks awesome. I wouldnt recognize that you had a shedding problem with your hair in the past if i didnt know your channel. I hope to have gain as good as yours. Good job brother! Again, thank you for the sincere message. I wish you and your beautiful family all the best! :)
