The outer harbor has to be my favorite place, followed by canal side. I'll never forget we were biking through the nature reserve and we came across this woman from Ukraine smoking a joint. She offered to share and we definitely partook, but she was amazed at how friendly everyone around here is regardless of what part of life we are from.
Galaxy wolf Buffalo did have a good music scene, I remember those 10 years of concerts 4 every summer at Bills Stadium in 70s. Rolling Stones liked Buffalo they played here 6 times. Saw Lynyrd Skynyrd at Century Theater. I wish they could have got David Cassidy from Partridge Family to play here. I remember lots of Bands saying HELLO BUFFALO. Loved playing little league sports at Shoshone park on Hertel Ave. Had Bills seasons tickets right threw Superbowl years. 16 years old drinking beer at 9 in the morning. Went to ST. MARKS School in North Buffalo all nun Teachers. It was a Catholic School. I remember in 8th grade a girl that looked like Steavie Nicks from Fleetwood Mac. My High School was Bishop Timon in South Buffalo, it was free my dad was a football coach. Not fun I had to take 3 City Buses to get there. Proud to be an IRISH AMERICAN. To bad my IRISH Freckels on my face are still there. Freckels are also known as ANGEL KISSES. My IRISH FAMILY was May Ham 8 kids, Mom side gave us kids 16 first cousins. ERIN GO BRAGH means IRELAND FOREVER. not lying about 16 cousins

So alcohol, food and art are supposed to draw us to buffalo. What about job opportunities, transportation, and living cost . I lived their for 8 years and I don't miss it .
