Welcome to Cambodia and I can’t wait to back soon too. I will recommend you to visit the eastern side Rattankiri and Mondal Kiri quite interesting to see if you prefer to see the different nature and culture. Kompot province, Kep province &Sihanoukville(Koh Rong & Koh Rong sanloem) is nice place to see and enjoy the seafoods. Siem Reap is always the best place to stay and to enjoy at the same time. Hope you have the good time there.
Do you have Halloween candies you are giving out? I’m a fraternal twin like Hansel so I’m not into artificial sweeteners anymore. But as the Coming Bodhi Alien who is a fraternal male twin (Preah Ko 🐂 Preah Keo 💎 ) I don’t know you, so how can you speak for all Cambodians? 🤔 But yes England is experiencing a diverse democratic zombie invasion apocalypse which I feel bad for them since I’m Peter Pan… whoops autocorrect… I mean Phnom Pen.
@ There’s nothing wrong with Halloween. It’s a metaphorical holiday about the people living in a time when the world was/is clouded in darkness, ignorance, and superstitions in which they were able to freely roam the Earth. The time before time aka when humans lived like nomadic tribal pagans worshiping the wind. Kind of like today living in a Democratic Republic before the birth and installment of a human God-King on Earth. Hence why it’s called All Hallow’s Eve which means Before it was Holy.
@ Well it’s an American holiday and I’m not talking about people in Cambodia. I’m talking about this particular Cambodian guy living in America speaking for a Cambodians. And taking away the metaphors, Cambodians in a way do celebrate it when they make food offerings to their deceased ancestors in hopes of not receiving bad luck. Hence the idea of Trick-or-Treat. Food or Bad Luck.
I never been to Cambodia what you said is wonderful I think and thank you very much pointing a Nepal also similar to Cambodia. It’s nice to hear about Nepal as well. I am from Nepal and thank you very much. Really appreciate it. How are you? I hope you have a wonderful time in your life, in Cambodia, happy life in Cambodia, my friend thank you
It's gotta be the food that we eat that alter our feelings and emotions that give us Cambodian a real big heart ❤️💓❤️ thank you for recognizing beauty of our country 🇰🇭💖💖💖
Cambodia has come a long way since the civil war was officially ended in 1998 but there is always room for improvement. There are pros and cons no matter where we live but be open minded and be kind whenever possible as life is short to do the things we don't love doing. Sharing is caring. Peace out from a genocide survivor ✌️
I am extremely touching by the way he so good at expressing all his feeling into words. He answered with a real feeling pure emotion. So proud of you as a 22 years old boy moved to Cambodia loving alone here. What a brave human being⭐️💙 I am almost 24 years old and still living with my parents haha. Not comparing, but we need to understand our own circumstances and pace of our life. We are all different in our own unique way. Enjoy the moment and what we are doing right now. If by any chance I saw you somewhere in Phnom Penh, I will interact and say “សួស្ដី” to you. PS, It’s my first time writing a comment like this. I want to let you know that I cannot stop smiling watching this interview video. Thank you very much for hosting this interview and making so much happiness in Cambodia 🇰🇭

I am right there with you, my UK friend. Going for one condo for each major city. I have phnom penh, shinokville. Gonna get siem reap and battombong later.
Meet Nico from the UK, known for his unique TikTok content about Cambodia. Today, he shared his reasons for choosing Cambodia over the UK, his sense of safety here, the cost of living, and why life is so much better in Cambodia compared to the UK.
That is a really wonderful perspective about Cambodia. When people are content and refuse to focus on jealousy, envy, or competition, life is happier and better. Life is not a contest or game, so competition in life is usually rooted in jealousy and envy, which are evil. I see that this competitive spirit is very dominant in many countries around the world, including U.S.A. I also see that countries with the most happiest people, are content and grateful for their lives and are not focused on jealousy, competition, or envy. Countries like Finland, Norway, and Sweden, particularly Finland, have been known to have most happy people in the world. That is due to their values, beliefs, and good morals that they practice. Their focus is on the meaningful things in life, which makes life fulfilling. Cambodians seem to be that way as well even though the country is still economically behind and they endured so much tragedy. However, Cambodia is growing rapidly now and hopefully, their government is replaced with good leaders soon. Those ones there currently, are mostly Khmer Rouge regime members, and out of fear and retaliation, the Royal Monarchy allows it. That is not helping the country and welfare of the people at all for the most part. I hope to see much more improvements and progress in Cambodia regarding sanitation, hygienes, government replacement & renewal, and a better judicial system. Much have been lost because of the evil Khmer Rouge. I also see a lot of thais claiming everything that they robbed from Cambodia since the Khmer Cambodian Empire reign, including, tradition, culture, art, architecture, foods, formalities, Royal Court etiquette, etc…. They are spreading more lies than ever these days about their identities and history, especially involving Cambodia. I don’t think all the thais are bad, but it seems like most of them are behaving in this negative immoral manner. Cambodia use to be the Khmer Empire ruling over most of South East Asia way before the thais escaped from their homeland China, as Chinese Pirates to seek refuge in Khmer Empire. Unfortunately now, most of them are still behaving like those pirates, constantly claiming things belonging and originating in Cambodia and manipulating and lying to the world about their origins and history; they are even going so far as to rewrite their history in their schools and universities. That is known as Stealing and Lying. It’s gross! 🤮 It reminds me of what trump and his gangs are trying to do in the U.S.A. Cambodia was thriving before the Khmer Rouge and I totally sympathize with the victims, including my friends. I believe Cambodia can get to the thriving seasons again and probably better than ever. It needs to start with good leadership. I hope more westerners and people around the world are more aware of Cambodia and its rich history and culture. I see that Cambodians are strong and haven’t lost everything, especially their good spirits! 😊. GOD Bless Austin, Nico, and all the friendly good kind Cambodians. They are genuinely kind just like my friends. I love their foods! 💕
don’t worry, your not alone. majority of khmers that lives outside of the capital feels the same way when they re in the capital ..the busy roads there scares them😂.
It depends on personal experience of each individual! Some people don't have anything to like about the country! Even myself as a Cambodian, I have something I don't like either!
Learn speaking khmer is hard enough. Learn writing khmer even harder. I can speak Khmer fluently, but writing is hard. I misspelled all the time. Sometimes, I wrote exactly how it’s sounded, it turns out to be wrong.
Hi how are you doing ❤❤❤❤from me in the United States this yugmen Don thok bad about your own country you will feel sorry for your self I can't say when but you will believe me I know that anyway good by Thacker your self in Cambodia
What a big baby. UK is better off without people like this. Also is he under the influence of something, saying Cambodia is in front of the UK! Strange.
@@Marcinsana3019 I don't think that is the case Sana unless you have millions of £€$ in reserves in which just about any country would accept you. My comment was about his attitude to the work ethic and proclaiming that third word Cambodia is ahead of the UK.
Sorry mate but that comment is not necessary the UK is a mess first of all. and secondly i wasn't under any influence i have ADHD so think before you type sir
Sometimes, I don’t like when people ask is it safe in Cambodia? Yes, yes, yes and yes. I have been there numerous times. Cambodia is one of the safest country. Just use your common sense like you do in your country. Thailand is more dangerous than Cambodia. In Bangkok there were 2 malls shootings. 29 dead and the other 2 dead. Remembered, school children got stabbed 48 dead. Koh Tao 24 tourists mysteriously murdered. This is just a few. And some people think that Cambodia is dangerous? Over one or two phones snatching? Come on! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UCZNdNrB6CU.htmlsi=KzbEugGElCu0-efR
