After a lots of "interesting" ramen from the likes of Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Nick DiGiovanni and Guga foods, we now move onto another iconic noodle dish - with a Vietnamese Pho Recipe ! This time we watched the queen of evoo herself, Rachel Ray cook a quick and easy recipe for Phở Bò or Beef Pho. What we are wondering is if this is an authentic Asian recipe with all the spices like Black Cardamon, star anise and cinammon etc. or just another disaster - I think it isn't hard to imagine which direction this Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup is heading!
