In this lesson, you will learn about the distributive property of multiplication and how to use the distributive property to solve problems. We will learn that any multiplication problem can be rewritten as a distribution problem, where we multiply a number across all terms inside of a set of parenthesis. We will learn how to perform the distribution operation over multiplication, and check our answers to make sure we have done the operation correctly.

Oh how I wish you were my professor for EVERY class I've ever taken. Lol Any tips for dyslexia? I was almost fired once for transposing numbers in one of my calculations. I have a firm rule to always triple check my math, but sometimes bad things happen to good engineers. Lol

It is interesting to see that distributive law overrides the order of operations and simplifies multiplication. Can we add a whole number and a fraction like this ? 2+1/3=2 1/3=7/3. Problem, problem Science problem Maths problem Social problem Problems everywhere but no solutions Don't think solutions nowhere.
