Hey man. great project. When you took off the magnet section, there were drill holes for balancing on the outside. if you put them in the same place they were, the vibration will be gone/much less.

Usually, this motor stayed in the original circuit board is less powerful than d.c brushed motor. Did it become powerful one after using your circuit board? I think you need to change to muti-strong magnetic pieces instead keep on using the original ring magnet!
I tried by just guessing the quantity, distance apart, and polarity. I resoldered the coils for the "Y" format. It was a no go. I know the ESC worked too. I ran a magnet on the original magnet to find the number of magnets and polarity, but that may be the problem in the first place. Reconfiguring the coils means the magnetics probably need to be reconfigured as well.
Dude take a bldc motor and directly connect the wires to both motors to geather color for color,connect drill to shaft and turn drill on slowly while giving slight spin on the other motor and it will run the motor with slot of power
Hopefully you can find a BLDC to make a drill that has more than 2 Modes: Mode-1. Attempt to twist arm off while launching work into low Earth orbit and Mode- 2. Paper weight.

the ultimate generator will be then a motor that turn very slowly at full power that has low rpm. this also reduce vibration and make it quiet so no one knows like a magic show.
Lo que buscas es un ESC que es basicamente un pwm de 3 fases pero este calcula la posicion del rotor para hacer el giro. Ademas este dispositivo tambien puede cortar el sumninistro de energia al motor en caso que este se detenga bruscamente.

Any junk electronic scrap buyers will have big stock of dead printers and other office automation electronic products ...just visit and for cheap rate you can source such motors, switches, relays whatever. In India there are so many service centers of computer peripherals..in every city we get whatever junk working parts and can be used for any project. In your country well there will be such electronic waste buyers or those who collect and deal.
