As a support main Grohk is one of my least played healers. His playstyle is not for me If you wanna play sometype of healer like grohk Just play lillith shes just a better grohk

Yep, Totemic ward just has no burst, very slow and not reliable since it’s a confined area Spirits domain feels like a worse IO especially since it has less healing, can’t go through barriers, it uses ammo, requires tracking and has a shorter range BUT I do prefer Grohks ult, better late game
