Great content Samual. Big question: with the upcoming housing market crash - whats the best way for people without a lump sum to get into property profitably? Thanks again, Peace.
Great video Sam!!👏 I would love to see an episode of undercover millionaire in Australia! I am in a very poor financial situation living in Australia and it would really be life changed if you would consider doing an episode here! Thanks!!❤️
Do you have any idea if or when your are going to be doing another crash course or any type of event, I've flipped a few houses now and accumulated a lot of money from it, but I'd like to come and see what these events are all about, just recently started watching your videos and find them really helpful, I do feel like I could learn more.
She found the property, figured out what to do with the property, found the builders/construction firm and her fee is a fixed finders fee + 10% of the build cost if she's going to manage it from beginning to end. Its not really a commission, if they want her to oversea the construction and deal with that side then she charges 10%, otherwise they can find their own construction firm to do the build and not pay the 10% fee to her to manage it.
She made that from 4-5 projects. Adrianna clearly said most of the projects she manages cost between £40K - £50K. She charges PM fee of 10% of project cost. £50000 minus 10% = £5000. So if she has 5 building projects costing £50k each, (that’s a total of £250,000) minus 10%, she earns £25K. Plus she also gets the deal sourcing fee & deal packaging fees £20K. Her three properties earn a regular £3K. In total for the month she was interviewed £25K + £23K = £48K. She has a law background, good for understanding the laws & writing contracts. She has Marketing, Project Management & Customer Service skills = Win Win
I am 15 years old and I've been watching Sam's videos for 4 days now and I've been hungry for more education and he really inspires me to start but I don't feel like I have the base set up to start and the confidence is probably at its weakest point but I am still trying to find a solution and how I can get started in property investments.
I watched him from around your age and I'm now nearly 18. I thought I would've done something by now or know more. Don't wait till your a certain age or have certain amount of money to learn as much as you can. Start now! I wish I did
@@Italian_guy_wt there is but it doesn't mean you can't start learning everything there is to know about them. So when you are off age you know your stuff
Get a part time job alongside school and save as much of the money as you can. When you have the option to leave school, you will have money to pay for your education. Don't spend money on stupid things, you can do that in a few years when you have invested in your education :)
@@desb3459 currently it is an asset and is treated as such in modern financial systems. Typically the structure is a depreciating asset and the land it is built on appreciates.
