23rd Annivesary at Dragsholm Slot!! 

Happy Anniversary Joshua and Miranda! After watching your videos for years (along with Robe Trotting), I bought my tickets yesterday and am traveling to Denmark in August. It’s a dream of a lifetime trip. Thanks for all your helpful hints! 😊

Congratulations on your wedding day, I hope you had a fantastic day at the castle. My family also stayed there for a single night. We were invited by my parents-in-law because my mother-in-law turned 70, and it was to be celebrated there at Dragsholm castle. It is absolutely a lovely place with nice rooms and the food was really good. It can easily be recommended.

Beautiful place, definitely lucky and well deserved with the weather.

Tillykke med bryllupsdagen. The small island is called Nekselø the bigger island is called Sejerø. There is a small hill (Vejrhøj) close by Dragsholm where you can get a scenic view all over the area. When the weather is good, you can see all the way to Kalundborg, the two islands in Sejerøbugten, Sjællands Odde and Lammefjorden where some of the best vegetables are grown, since it was artificially drained and made to farming land.

When you get to 25 years we call it the silver wedding. There are some traditions connected. Building a portal, waking you up with a choir/trumpet...something. Inviting family and friends to an inn, eating all day, speeches and songs. Pretty boring if you ask me.
