As long of a day as it was, it was fun with good people around.

The distances that you guys travel just blows my mind. Where I live the entire country is only 100 miles wide and even the most remote corners are under 4 hours apart. It's insane that you guys can drive hours into the wild, the scale of your area is just astounding.

Hello to everyone at Matt's Off-road Recovery! I have been enjoying your videos for a while now. I found your channel a little bit before the golden nugget project began. I was sucked right in! Lol. I am a mobile fabricator/heavy truck and equipment mechanic that was born and raised in northeast Ohio. Let me say that as a Christian man there hasn't been many times in my life that I wished the Lord put my family and myself in a different geographical location. That being said, I can't help but wish that we were closer to your neck of the woods! You guys are some of the most awesome humans God made! I really mean that! I've seen you help kids fix their dirtbike chains on the side of the trail and countless free recoveries simply because your in the area. I really wish everyone with the amount of knowledge and skills you ALL have had the same humanitarian attitudes that you guys all seem to have! A perfect example is what Robbie and his crew are doing for that young man who lost his father in that crash. People here in ohio just simply don't do those types of things for eachother. It sounds ridiculous to say because of a RU-vid channel, but you and your pals give me hope and motivation to give whenever possible and remind me that there's still good in this messed up world! I apologize for the long winded message but I wanted you to know that your channel is much more than just entertainment/education. It's also incredible inspiration! Keep being awesome and hopefully one day our paths will cross so I can shake everybody's hand!

One thing I love about this channel is the fact that as they’ve absolutely exploded with subscribers and views they’ve still kept it the same as day one, better editing and cuts but at its core the exact same energy.

I was at a memorial service today for a lady jeep driver who left us far too early and met a young man who went wheeling with y’all on your trip this past year and got to meet all of you. He said it was one of the greatest times in his life. From what I understand, he had to change or repair an axle along the way to get to the trip! He loved y’all.

Skeeter seems like one of those guys that is always in a good mood no matter how bad things on the job get. Love working alongside guys like that. Rory too. Trevor always makes me laugh at some point. Good crew!

I like how Rory seems to always smile and show a positive perspective.

We tried pulling a feller out of quicksand there on the dirty devil river back in april. 4 hours in we couldn't get him out and barely got my bronco out after it got stuck in the same quicksand. LEGIT quicksand.
