Hey guys! Recently, I participated in the Yale Young Global Scholars program which is a prestigious summer school for high achieving students from around the world. Even though the program was online, I really enjoyed the experience as I was able to meet like-minded individuals and learn from some amazing Yale professors and students.

Wow Cherry, I have seen you growing from a novice to a seasoned youtuber bubbling with great confidence , more engrossing, finer communication skills n more diversified topics, you are covering now a days, moreover I have also seen you growing from a kid to an adolescent. Do you think getting accepted to yygs increase acceptance chance when applying to yale for college as an international student?

Hey, thank you for your question! From what I’ve heard, being accepted into YYGS itself doesn’t really help when applying for Yale, however, it is really helpful if you are able to use your YYGS experience to create something new and unique! Hope that helps :)
