In this vlog I tell you a bit about my real work, take you behind the scenes of photographing Chicago for 24 hours and share all the photos I took and why I took them.
Recently I travelled to the US for work. And I had the chance to visit Chicago over the weekend. For 24 hours I explored the city, checked out a couple of photo spots and took three portfolio worthy photos before heading back to Detroit.

The still image from 5:07 you should have processed this one away from the timelapse

Yea I have a few with the light-rays, but in the end I wanted the darker image first. Maybe I will give it a go sometime in the future

Very nice Michael. I live in downstate Illinois and, as an amateur photographer myself have taken many Chicago shots. I’m also a software developer for the state of Illinois..30+ years. So, my work with the state has led me to Chicago many times. Anyway, your photos and the instruction on how you were able to capture..The whole recipe from scouting to actually taking the shots and processing them has inspired me to take another trip to Chitown and try to do it right this time.

Ja meins auch... PS: sah für mich nach Gotham aus und da musste ich einfach retuschieren. Außerdem würde ich mir den anderen Namen nicht an die Wand hängen. So aber schon ;-)
