It's awesome that you call it Saigon. Airport code is still SGN. When the commies took over S. Vn in '75, they renamed it HCMC. Only tourists & commies call it HCMC

There were the arguably best Spring Rolls (Bò Bía) & Bubble Tea rite nx to the shown Xá Lợi pagoda decades ago. A buddhist monk Thich Q Duc who immolated himself protesting a catholic regime oppresive rule ovr the buddhist majority also came fr this pagoda. You'd see literally hundreds school kids wearing white Áo Dài as they knock off the school across the rd. Many'd share their Spring Rolls & Bubble Tea @ that joint

B L about noun preceeds adjective, yes, but Vietnamese doesn’t take influence from French like the meaning of your sentence can leads to misleading. It’s actually similar to other Southeast Asian languages especially Khmer since two belong to same group of Austroasiatic and Thai-an ethnicity that major Kinh people in Vietnam have close genetic relations.

I think you had eaten the rice paper wrongly... you should sprinkle a little bit of water on it, then quickly put in your meat and vege, roll and wrap.
