Weather tends to be cold around Nov-Dec, I was lucky to find a sunny day. During my time there, it dropped to 2° towards the night and on a good day it was 14° in the afternoon ☺️

The urination thing, my guess is the area had a problem with people doing that anyway so the city made the urinal thing to at least concentrate it in one spot. Very low budget solution but better than nothing. They also probably hose the streets down regularly and include those in their rounds. As for the little streets being so pleasant, it's because it's a super car-light area. Just imagine an Audi coming at you doing 30mph - the vibe would be ruined instantly. We could have this in the UK too but people freak out and start destroying the cameras & bollards that make it possible lol

the urinator things are there cause pretty much all the weekends and inthe holidayss those places are very populated and pretty much everyone is drinking thats why there are a lot of those theres even a part of the city next to the river that is called chez tonton and in that places ara a lot of urinators cause of how much people go to drink there
