I visited Kashmir few months back as a tourist & i can vouch for your video , all the places that u showed i also went there & found them delicious , except i couldn't go to the university , next time it's on my checklist too 😎

Kunal the Kashmiri Kebabs on skewers are called Tujj & are served with lavasa with at least 3 chutnies, where each one is very distinct. The veg food looked good but be honest it was a token tasting, LOL you had a loaded non veg lunch later na 😉😄
Krishna Bhojanalay Srinagar , Kashmir . Serves very good Vegetarian food . I had visited 3 Times during my Amaranth yatra . But sadly , His son been killed by Terrorists few year back .
If you don't mind, I pose a question to you. Do you find these spots around India by yourself, or does your crew do any research (get information on these places)? Do you sometimes (if at all) use Google Maps? Remember, we are now 20 years into the 21st century- technology rules at least some aspect (if not all) of our lives!!!!
I was a huge fan of Kunal during his T.V series foodie. He was uninhibited in enjoying food. Now it's more of symbolic. Really lost his touch. I go back to old videos to reminiscent good food journey. Need to enjoy food without being conscious and eat well
I am guessing but Kashmir is cold year round?? Gharam gharam chai- you will need plenty of it Kunal saab!!!!! Especially to withstand the cold. The chicken 🍗kanti looks good especially with the roti- you have a sandwich right there!!!! Fudge- the piece you were enjoying looked like a piece of baklava- forgive me. I love Krishna's sign (board) "We have no other branch in the valley." The vegetarian fare was mouthwatering I am guessing- unless I am dining there, then I would know. Palak paneer (indian cottage cheese w/spinach) the channa (chick peas) & mustard style chutney- wow that was some cuisine. When you talk lassi- you read my mind. I definitely enjoy a lassi- mango 🥭lassi for me when I go to one of my favorite restaurants here in Florida- a place called Tandoori Pizza & Sweets (the original name) now goes by Tandoori Pizza & Cuisine. 🍕 Kunal Sir, thank you very much!!!! You and Kripal Amana should be given some awards for these shows, because you all are showcasing to the public where to get some of the finest cuisine around the Indian sub-continent. 😎
A very good attempt, but this isn't regular Kashmiri food. Being a Kashmiri I won't eat chicken Kanti everyday.Would love to see the real, core Kashmiri coarse
Could you be abit more elaborate when you explain the dishes? What's being said is generic and goes without saying because it's visible. Pyaaz hai, chicken hai, par woh toh dikh raha hai.
