5:11 As an Indian I would like to say that I extremely love the sounds and couldn’t go on a train without the sounds. But great vid. Nice to see your reaction to our railway. I also love to go to the door.
Mr Shaun Aviation You are absolutely correct. In fact my cousin worked in Northern Rly and his house quarters were close to the tracks They used to use by the sound coming from the tracks at various intervals which express trains are coming to the station.
I’m Indian and whenever I go to my moms village they only have an Indian toilet. One time I was trying to use it but I fell into it. Worst day of my life
Just a note please don't believe people who say that trains are late because trust me it's very rare when your train will be late sometimes trains actually come hours early so it's better to be at least 15 mins early 😂
Bro whenever I tried to board my train and come to station early, the train's always late, and when I am on time, there's a 50/50 chance that the train is either late or early lol
@@sleeper6548 lmao 😭 idk why but for me it's always early or on time when my father used to go to work through train and he always used to travel in local train even that train was always on time. It was like once in a month that his train would be late.
@@Ankittt524 well yeah I have been traveling in trains since I was a kid and for us it has always been on time. Be it a local train or shatabdi or rajdhani
Next time try Bande Bharat Express. Or chair car in Duranto , Satabdi , Rajdhani etc... And really wanna see how Royal luxurious looks like then try Maharaja Express, Decen Odyssey, Rajasthan on wheels, Palace on Wheels and other trains 😊 but the thing is these are expensive.
The man you saw in the middle of forest 10:06 is actually a Railway track serviceman.... It's their job to check the track and report to near by station if there is any fault...
Your videos are great. Just keep building video content. You have a unique style which is very entertaining. Keep building content and your channel will go places!
Regarding train late related issues, I would say 7 out of 10 trains in India are on or before time. Please, try India's best passenger train - The Vande Bharat Express.
@@omen8523 the only trains that are late are the local trains most of the time, you will never find shatabdi, vande Bharat or rajdhani being late hell even local trains aren't late nowadays
Bro since you are already in India, just try to take a ride on our very new 'Vande Bharat Express' !!!! Its the newest and fastest train in India right now and it runs at 160 kmph !!! Its our very own semi high speed bullet train 🤩
Nice blog and it's always interesting to hear foreigner's perspectives. there is no 2nd class and 3rd class in long distance trains. It's 2 tier AC and 3 tier AC all part of AC class. Very few trains have First AC class. Then there is sleeper class which is nothing but 3-tier non-AC and 2S (second sitting) for passengers taking short journeys. (Not present in premium trains like Rajdhani and Durontos). Once upon a time there used to be 3rd class, which was abolished in 1978
I tried Turkeish food once and it made me really ill poor hannah hope she's okay seemed like I don't know if to trust or not especially the none bottled water
About Toilets There is nothing embarrassing about Indian style toilets. Why Indian toilets are a great option, just to mention a couple of advantages : No physical contact with the commode, hence you are not picking up anything. The best position for optimally emptying your bowels, due to which one does not have to repeatedly visit the toilet. The posture one takes on in the western style commode is not the best for optimum emptying of the bowels. Though on a moving train western style may be advantageous due to the incessant movement of the train. In spite of knowing all this, we have started preferring the western style at our homes only because of the ease, including mine. However one good thing about the western style is a relief for the elderly. Enjoy your travel in India 🙏!
While visiting the city you can take AC Local train or Metro trains to skip traffic . South Mumbai Fort area is good to see in rain & if you want to see traditional performance you can visit the newly opened Nita Mukesh Ambani cultural center . Take a water boat to Global Vipasana Pagoda. It's an amazing structure. Visit Lonavala & Lavasa & visit theme park on the way. Happy travelling .
Stressing out about missing a train + boarding at the last second are all quintessential Indian railways experiences. Remember: the train is always on time when you are running late, and vice versa.
I'm here from your short, & for real, I've been to kochi too. We got there by the cruise which carries the vehicles, & went to the same places as you did! & yea, from what I remember, an auto guy took us to the shop too & received some gas there, later he dropped us at a nearby beach😂
Are you sure that it was Duronto Express, because I don't think so as Duronto Express' do not have the non-AC sleeper coaches. It must be some other train with the AC First Class coach in which you have travelled.
Man you travelled across one of the most scenic routes of Indian railways...... You missed the best part of this journey.... Watching through ur window the breathtaking scenary of western ghats.....
Dude im seeing this now!! I got back from karnataka to chhattisgarh last week had a gap of 7 hours of scheduled train in mumbai if i knew you earlier would have felt great meeting you
Bro come to Odisha sometime. It's off the beaten track.. Tourism isn't a big thing but we've got a lot of places you could visit.. Especially historical temples dating back thousands of years.. The archietecture will absolutely blow you away.
yesterday im on a vietnames train and you most of the experience is the similar just the cabin is much newer and the ac is also like broken for a few hrs
Tbh now best luxury train has become maharaja express but for common people like u n me can take vande Bharat train, trust me it is amazing experience u could ever have better than aeroplane
Umm... I think you switched the footage of 2nd class and 3rd class. While the audio was describing the classes correctly the video you showed for second class was actually 3rd class and vice versa
Food is not free.. Generally, when you travel in AC coaches the fare is inclusive of food expenses. Even if you choosen veg / nonveg option while booking ticket, the staff on train generally check out with you.
I take noise canceling earphones when I go to India. In many places , especially in crowded areas, the noises can reach unbearable levels and in fact can damage your hearing. You would want to reduce the high frequency sounds like horns.
As a malayali (a person from Kerala) who has lived in many other states, I can vouch that we honk honk the least. If you think Mumbai honks a lot, you should go to Delhi.
The whole "trains are bad in India " It's a stereotype that was formed when India had a full blown economic crisis during the 90s Trains mostly run on time , especially the long distance premium ones. However the holiday specials are the one to avoid because they are run during holidays and never get priority
Even if the running status of the train shows running late. Still you should be on the platform and in front of you coach position before time. Trains usually cover up the delay so it's better to be early than miss your train
Well the Uber driver was Kind of right too, Basically you are lucky that your food was delicious and fresh, but many times we encounter bad quality food in train, due to it once i got diaareoha too lol
I wanna see you in Kashmir/ladakh , or Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Laxadweep islands, or In North East India like meghalaya, Assam , or Sundarban National park which is the world largest mangrove forest where Royal Bengal tiger and othe animal lives you can to a boat safari there, or Visit any national park which includes car safari.
Indian toilets are contactless toilets. Good for use when in Public . No risk of communicable disease. And I love your energy. Enjoy the country and feel free to give your opinion. We will love you anyway .
I'm not a savage! Water, toothpaste, water again. Then I brush. I'm surprised you haven't seen squat toilets before! Plenty around every Asian country, even in Japan you still find then in places.
@kfergy, Indian toilets are the best way to squat down and push your intestines for a better clean up. Sadly India is getting westernised; perhaps, our elders have tough glutes and good digestion due to this squat positioning. Best thing about it - Indian toilets are termed as most hygienic for you.
