Paused reps are brutal but I do think it's helping me move more weight off the bottom of the rep. Todays bench program: 245LB/111KG For 3 Sets of 3 paused.
Just found your channel 💪 good videos, especially the arm wrestling content. I like doing floor press progressing to 3 sets of 5 reps with the same weight, then next time I'll up the weight and do 5 sets of 3reps just to make sure I hit total rep targets. All the best with the gains 💪
