Front engine RWD pushrod V8 ! just as God intended

only about 470hp which is kinda low for how fast these cars are, a stock base model c7 has 460hp but isn't nearly as radical in using every once of that power.

I think it's coz nascar and corvette LS-engine are pushrods with 2-valves per cylinder

Well the porache 911 rsr sounds pretty insane too.. Maybe even louder then this corvette which is freaking fantastic sounding. But that porsche.. Holy fk jesus that thing screams like a demon😂👌🏼

The C8.R sound isn't bad just not as thumping as this pushrod V8. I still wonder why Corvette Racing decided to switch a flat plane V8 instead of sticking with this one, they could've made it work with the mid-engine layout.

It is not less powerful, they have the same amount of HP (490 hp)

@@sonter2377 I never said it was less powerful, I just stated that if Corvette Racing could've kept the pushrod V8 for sound it would've made me happy The mid engine layout doesn't bother me at all and I like I said the flatplane V8 isn't a bad sound at all, it's grown on me
