They often go on RU-vid before they go on the website, as we need the You Tube link in order to write the website listing.

Arch Angel I found them... call the phone number that the guy listed in the description under the video... but, I hear the roads back there in that area are harder to navigate than the internet is... choose a lot far far far away from those conservancy groups...those people in those groups get weird ideas about who is in charge of your private property and they don't like trees or fences for some odd reason... :)

Only problem I have is no "total cost" of property. I understand that there would be differences based on down payment but that would be understandable.

You guys dont have that Gunnison Sage Grouse out there do ya? I guess we may have to start taking down 3 string barb wire fences out here cause those birds fly right into um' an hang themselves! Now I'm hearing they may want us to cut down trees to save that silly bird... who would ever think there would be laws about cutting down trees to save a game bird?... any bird for that matter! Hahaha! You guys don't have covenants that require you to cut down all those trees to save the birds do ya? I wouldn't mind keeping a few trees... (just kidding about the covenants) I signed up for your newsletter... I have a small 300 acre farm in Colorado, but your videos got me to thinking how a girl otta keep her options open, Ya never know when ya might just wanna load up and go somewhere new! I would prefer to be far far away from those silly conservancy groups though... those folks get crazy ideas sometimes and it makes me get crazy ideas like starting a non-profit Coyote Preserve or raising "Free Range" egg suckin' Skunks for a new fancy kinda meat to serve up back there in those big city restaurants ...

I am not seeing any replies to these questions from InstantAcres that most of us are also wondering. Also I wonder why your RU-vid is listed under the Category of Comedy? The videographer always refers interested persons to go to YOUR WEBSITE, is this just NOT up to date?

Have you ever tried to choose a category for a video upload on RU-vid? It is not a very rational process. I think his videos are kinda comedic... did you see the one where some past owner laid out 30 or 40 feet of sewer pipe just to end up dumping out into an open air lagoon? I would have bought that property in a heart beat just because of the lagoon option!
