I just pre-ordered mine from Hobby Lobby. I should have the lovely planner in a couple of days. Love the vintage theme! Thank you for the planner review. :)
Thank you so much for showing us simplicity vintage sewing planner kit I just love it I ran out the same day on Wednesday when I saw it and got mines I also made extra copies to take measurements of other clients as well thank you so much
This is a Great Planner! I also have used Franklin Covey for years like the idea of a specific one for sewing! I would take the project page and a swatch page out and take them with me fabric and notion shopping.
+Empress Noel yes, Empress I was planning to continue my projects in my hard cover journal or make a separate disc-bound book for the project sheets. Love my Franklin covey but this planner is stealing my attention.
I found my planner at Hobby lobby and used a coupon, it's beautiful can't wait to use it. BTW you can use all products from the Happy Planner brand. If you want to protect the planner, the happy planner snap on cover fits perfect. Thank you for finding this planner it is great for anyone who sews. I just hope they will continue with inserts and other yearly planners. 🌹
Great review and thank u for sharing.I love the disc-bound planner system. I own many of them. I'm so excited to go check my local stores tomorrow. But I also agree with u in regards to the sizing chart / patterns I owe. They should not go back to back. I also wish the front and back covers were 10mm laminated for durability. But overall I think Simplicity did pretty good for the first go round.
Just found mine after coming across your video and another one at Hobby Lobby (used my coupon, so it was a steal). I was looking for something like this, because I didn't have room nor did I want to include my sewing and craft plans/ideas in my everyday planner! TFS
I would love this (2020 version) planner way more IF the project pages were available in a refill pack like most Happy Planner style ones have. I am making 6 projects this coming month alone. With only 4 projects worth of sheets it makes things not so fun with this planner...I have 4 more projects planned for this summer with possibility to do more...😭
I would just copy the pages in color. As long as you aren't selling them, its fine. That the norm for any of these type of planner systems when they don't have reorder options. I use the franklin planner, and I have no problem reformatting or copying a special page if its no longer available. For instance, I reformatted the menu planner to my liking and just print it at 65% to cut down, to my size and punch the holes.
