Wverything in the interior needs to be changed.. the outside of the bungalow required quite a bit of touchup.. the terrace and deck areas need to be built out … the green areas require landscaping and pruning to make it look aesthetic … the outer sitting area also meeds to be redone … this place has a great potential if someone is ready to spend atleast 2cr on all of this … the price of 25 cr seems pricey for the place though … the surrounding areas seem to be stuck in time from back in 90s Versova which is prt of the charm of this place .. brings back a lot of memories for me

Actually where does old mumbaikar live everyone live in flat apartment there is no any independent house i see rarely ad of independent house n its so expensive here we can buy many property with that amount .i have never been to mumbai my sister is planning to shift in mumbai after few month so i am also coming but the price of house here give me attack😂😂.

Mumbai is expensive city to live in.. rents are high.. cost of living is high.. ur sister can live in hostel or in PG system.. that will save her some money.. if she wants to live alone then outskirts it will be affordable but commuting everyday will be a hassle n its a little unsafe.. just a suggestion.. dont know if she is moving here alone or with her husband
