agreed, the property is not even worth 10 cr. the deadend also looks a huge headache, i see a chowhan vehicle outside. the driving schools and 2nd hand vehicle sellers are the biggest headache when it comes to occupying open roads.
The interiors need a lot of work … but, this is an awesome location and property size is too good … it could just be the right place for someone who has time and money on his hands to fix this place… someone from Bollywood can easily make this work
Not worth 25 crores. 1978 ka construction hai. The Location is good but needs redevelopment. 10 crore only for the plot will have to spend another 15-30 crore for redevelopment.
Great house with ample sunlight. This is the kind of stuff that motivates people to work hard, earn more and grow in life. House has a nice 'old money' ring to it :) A drone shot to help visualize the overall shape of the house would have been great.
One should only buy that house if one cannot move outside Mumbai else there are places in India where you can build 10 times better house with superior road infrastructure, at half the price, and the remaining half will give you enough return to travel to Mumbai business class for life.

worst Floor plan i have ever seen, and the price is 25 crore that's way too much for that thing in Gurugram you can buy 500 yards in very posh area built 2 Storey luxury house on top of that and that would be under 10 crore

The home is not worth it, whoever buys the property probably would like to demolish the home and rebuild the better home... The value is only for the land.
4 millions dollars me you can be set up in a really nice house in North america. Like pretty good one. much more decent . sadly ill die without ever having my own house
well that what happens when place is crowded with people. people in other state are "rich" cuz for them land is cheap. here people's entire life earning goes to get one house.

if I had 25 crores, i would construct a far better and far more spacious bunglow with lots of backyard and frontyard space in 2 tier city like Jaipur or Indore or Mangalore, any city in Kerala like Calicut, even Trivendrum in less than 3 crores, travel the world and still have money left for a comfortable retirement. My cousin recently built a 5 storey bungalow in Jaipur under 3 crores. it has 7 bedrooms.. the entire 1st floor is living and kitchen space which is around 2000 sqft. It has a lift, 2 huge terraces, a basement which is has a large office space and a separate servant's quarter. every bedroom is about 250 sqft and the height of every room is about 15 feet. The top terrace is so big that you can easily host about 50 people anytime for a party. In all this bunglow in Jaipur is approximately 8000 sqft of living space from the basement to the terrace. Id spend much less if I go a bit outskirts of city limits of Jaipur, or Mangalore or Trivendrum ect. In outskirts of Mangalore you can buy a 2000 sqft land for under 50 lakhs with beautiful surroundings of coconut plantations. the sea, river and paddy fields around you. it does not make economic sense to buy a 25 crore bunglow in Mumbai which needs a lot of work !! this bunglow is built like a chawl !!
totally agreed. as I said in my comment 25 cr i can buy a far bigger and better bunglow with lots of backyard, frontyard space in a 2 tier city, travel the world and still have enough saved for retirement. jiske paas 25 cr hoga use Mumbai me rehne ki koi zaroorat hi nahi hai !! Jaipur, Indore, even some picturesque places in Himachal villages, or ocean front places like Kerala or Mangalore would give you far more worth for your money. Ive seen palatial bunglows which cost just around 2 crores in Jaipur, Trissur in kerala, and in Mangalore and Udipi. hardly a km away from oceans and surrounded by beautiful coconut plantations, unspoiled forests, rivers and mountains.

Abey Mumbai main 25 crore wala nahi rahega toh keya 2.5 lakh Wale fatichar class rahenge. Bade log sab Mumbai jaise cities m rehte hai, pagal nahi woh jo chote shehro m jaake nahi baste.
