I absolutely love this series. I spend so much time sifting through f2p/low budget games on steam for my streams and it's nice to have them compiled so I don't waste time with any duds
absolutely loved this and the previous one! could you also include Steam Deck compatibility ratings in the next ones? even more awesome if you'd do a "best free and cheap games with Linux native versions". you earned a sub today : )
One that deserves first place here is Grapples Galore, its a grappling shooter online game with 200 active players throughout the day with excellent gameplay
One game I think should get an honorable mention is Warframe, sure it has the "very positive" tag but I think it's worthy of "overhwhelmingly positive" as it is loaded with truck-loads of amazing content for the low low price of completely free, as in the game itself & all the main content doesn't cost a single dime to access, the only thing you have no choice but to spend real money on in-game is cosmetics
As somebody who's played over 2k hours of Warframe. It's a free game with tons of content. But I wouldn't say it's a good game. It's a live service game, always changing. What you had fun with a few years ago dosent exist now.
They might have backers through third party websites, or like in landfall archives. It's just a bunch of stuff that wouldn't see the light of day anyways. Some of these devs are also just passion projects done for the love of doing it. I waste money on painting supplies canvases paints and I don't get paid for it.
Great list! Are you interested in a sponsorship? I've emailed you with some further details. We sell gaming laptops, and you Steam list videos, so it might be a good fit.
i never understand why are ugly overpixelated graphic is so froced in small games, with excuse "that was the retro graphic back than", i grow up in sega mega drive , and nintendo and the graphic was never near close that bad...
