For digoxin - inhibition of Na k ATPase would increase intracellular Na conc. ,so transmembrane gradient of Na will be diminished and Ca- Na exchanger won't work ( as Na comes in exchange of calcium goes out ) so calcium wont go out and increase intracellular conc. Like above decreased EC Na conc will diminish transmembrane gradient

What a the story with the music? Please consider redoing the video without the dramatic music if you want people to get something out of it. It almost sounds like Chariot’s of Fire. I have not heard of any studies that recommend studying to music? Thanks for your efforts. You always have good content. ✌️
