For Number 22--> Chlamydia slide...what did you mean by Day 1= chemical (silver nitarte) and Days 2-5= Gonorrhea when you were talking about Conjunctivitis? Could you please clarify

Yes, silver nitrate was previously (and in some places still is) used as a prophylaxis against gonococcal conjunctivitis. It is very irritating to the eye and can cause an aseptic conjunctivitis in the first few days of life and is classically presented in board questions as a day 1 conjunctivitis. It has been a while since I made this video, so I don't quite remember what I said, but I think that is what I meant! Now we typically use erythromycin ointment which is much less irritating to the conjunctiva. Sorry for any confusion!

Love the video! Extremely helpful. Just a tip though, the lip smacking is very distracting for me. Maybe in future videos you could try to avoid making those mouth sounds :) Thank you again for your help. Excellent outline & comparisons!
