Now that’s a damp ride. Tramp catching wind, half the hull underwater… been there. It’s fun most of the time, but I’ll admit sometimes I wish there were a center console AI ;)
Wonder why the trampoline wasn’t rolled up in the heavier wind when the main sail was furled. It’s just another sail area that should be reduced in heavy air.
Thanks for the comment, good point, we were stretching the Hobies to see what they could do for a planned Crossing to Tasmania, I was amazed at how tough they were, but we had one fold when we tried crossing Bass Strait so did it on Jet Ski, not quite the same ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jciU4oc9WzQ.html
