Recipe:
1 Taylor Pork Roll
Eggs
Arugula
Chives
Mayo ( the good stuff)
Cheese - Your choice, something melty
Nice croissants
Fruit - fresh organic and chopped for fruit bowls
Here we go! This sandwich was fucking delicious. Start with the Pork Roll. Open that shit and cut some slices. Cut into fat matchstick size pieces and set aside. Mince up some arugula and chive and mix up your sandwich sauce. If you're feeling sweet, go for an actual aioli!
Next step will be to grill the croissants. Mayo them and cook till browned over medium heat. Set aside, covered to retain warmth. Now you can turn the heat up and start frying the Pork Roll. Once nice and browned distribute into piles, cover with cheese and move the the outskirts of the pan. Crack an egg in the Pork Roll fat and fry over easy. Sandwich assemblage commence! Pork Roll, egg, cheese, a heap of arugula and a slathering of sauce! Mmmmmmmm
