This video is a full practice starting by focusing on the theme of “Grounding” then “Lifting” with a few Sun Salutations for warm up, followed by standing postures. We incorporate some preparation for Vashistasana or Side Plank in this series. I offer modifications for Vashistasana as well. Then we come down to the floor and open the inner thighs and make our way down to gentle backbends and a relaxing closing.
