When you’re looking for a boost but don’t want anything intense, this is the perfect flow. This is an all levels basic and quick simple practice that’s great to do in the morning if you need help waking up or in the afternoon if you’ve been quite stationary throughout the day. Expect to open up all major areas of the body. You likely won’t break a sweat during this flow, but you sure will feel damn good afterwards!
You don't need any props for this sequence, but a block may be helpful if you want to try out some variations. Remember to listen to your body and make any adjustments you need during this flow.
