I love this guy!! I love that he doesn't chitter chatter like many instructors, and he makes it look like work for him, not just a lark in the park, even tho' I know he's got it.😊
This was an amazing workout I was sweating a sea by the end. Have been following and doing your work outs for a few months and want to say thank you have been a big part of my journey to get fit. And helped me lose 40 pounds.
I always resist bands, opting for weights instead because I don't like wasting time changing my bands but I forget that bands are a really great workout, the focus is just a little more intense. Great workout, thanks :)
Hi, could you explaine for me the difference between doing no repeats and doing reps/sets ???. I thought I had to do reps and sets to build some muscle ???. thank you. Loving your videos. Very helpful as a beginner trying to understand what to do.
Don’t believe the hype people. I ordered these bands and they’re are almost useless. You would feel much more benefit from a body weight exercise or weights.
