There are only about six channels on RU-vid providing proper, useful workouts. This is one of them. Tom Peto deserves a million followers - at least.

Can’t really beat push-ups if looking for a minimal equipment workout. Many people struggle to do them properly but add some sets onto end of this if you want some more Chest work 👍🏼
