Join me for this resistance band workout. Warming up the full body using the band to warm up the shoulders and the arms. The main section of the workout we sculpt and strengthen the obliques, thighs, triceps and biceps. Finishing off with a deep abdominal workout using the resistance band to really engage the abdominals. Winding down, stretching out the muscles used to finish off our workout you will finish leaving strong and lengthened.
Using the Barre Pilates method, adding the thera band to this workout will have you switching on muscles in your body, strengthening and sculpting during this 25 minute workout.
Props needed: Mat | Thera Band / Long Resistance Band
