Thanks! I wasn't sure what I was in the mood for this morning workout wise, this came up as recommended so I thought I'd give it a go. I especially enjoyed the shoulder-opening warmup - I spend far too long hunched at a laptop and also have a baby so double combo there!

I wonder that lately i have gained so much if we want to lose weight can we do this exercise or should we do cardio or crossfit such things ?

While it may not burn as many calories as cardio or CrossFit, it's a great complement to any weight loss program. For effective and sustainable weight loss, I encourage a combination of exercises including cardio, strength training and mobility training - there are many ways to achieve this, including a consistent Pilates practice. Keep in mind that a balanced diet, proper hydration, and adequate sleep are crucial components of a successful weight loss journey. This is a complex topic - would it be helpful if I created a video discussing this in greater detail?
