Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.
Yoga means union. Union between you and everything that is not you. This union results in experiencing oneness, completeness, wholeness with the entire universe. Imagine, you and the universe are one. Not apart. The thought of it by itself is amazing, isn't it?
But to experience this union, concentration and balance are paramount. What will happen if you ride a bicycle without balance and focus? You'll fall and hurt yourself right? Similarly, you need to be focused and maintain your balance while treading this path of yoga.
So come join me and let's step one step closer to our ultimate nature.
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

I can't believe I did 17 day...I have been doing yoga for the last 2 weeks approx!!! Yeah today's asanas were a bit challenging but still I did...I am feeling so good. My headache has also gone...now I will do the last task of my day and then will sleep most probably

Also there is one more video by them on PCOD. Look at that too. Apart from it please focus on your diet. Yoga alone doesn't help completely.

I took fitness, health care, healthy eating as a new year resolutions and I am so grateful to God that I found satvic Yoga .. and i have attended the first Yoga camp from 2 January and I am so happy.. No enough words to say thank you,,waking up early was not my daily routine,,but after joining this yoga journey through RU-vid,,now I m early morning birds,,i daily wake up at 5 AM ,,and day by day I can feel changes in my body, my emotions and stability in my self,, I caught cold and cough very easily with changes in atmosphere and from surrounded infectious person but after starting this yogas- though I was surrounded with all my family mambers with cold and cough kya eye flu but I didn't get a single symptoms from that,, Thank you thank you so much Radhika for this beautiful gift to me.. Today on 17th day I can see improvement i can see changing - like muscle & ligaments are now free to do any posture ,,and I can balance for long time... Thank thank you so much 🙌🥰
