I have watched many meditation videos but they never made me watch again but this video has resonated with my ❤️ and I feel peace listening to your voice and the sound of gentle waves is definitely the pivotal aspect as I listen to it with closed eyes gives me peace i my Mind.thanks for sharing this video it’s valuable 😊
It's an advance (top level) in yoga ppl even think before speaking about the names of it, this is just trained by mahrushis who has to pass s certain levels of tests and then they will only choose whom should be trained because one should be eligible or should have that capabilities to handle that energy.... careful
I understand people want to achieve this soon to find the bliss. But it doesn't work that way. Just imagine cooking something slowly with love and patience makes the food tasty rather than cooking it in very high temperature to complete the process soon. It is a slow process and will only benefit one who is ready for it.

Is the water cold? Can you body surf? Are there riptides and undertowes? Did you grow up on the beach? Do you love the ocean like me? Do you hear the waves when you listen to the shells? Do you remember learning to walk on sand? Do you remember holding your dads hand in the water? Can you see the sun rise or set over the ocean? Do you gather seaweed? Do you find drift wood? Radhika please make a guided video on nadi sodhan for 20-30 minutes with kumbhak i am also following ur pranayam video for 2.5 years titled-pranayams to increase immunity which includes the deep breathing,ujjai breathing, nadi sodhan but i am very confused on the videos on net so plz tell the science behind breath retention& its duration in nadi sodhan in ur new video how ever i got a lot of benefits from ur pranyam video mentioned above my blocked nostrils are gone from day one,my sinus gone,my beginning symptoms of asthma gone may god embrace ur life with joy & happiness radhika🎉🎉 Do make a seperate video on nadi sodhan for 30 minutes & on kapalvhati too
When I was taking my awareness to my forehead immediately I started crying... Cried till end of the session but when I opened my eyes I really feel relaxed..... Why I was crying? I mean it's the yoga to stop overthinking...

Please follow the medication as prescribed and regular checkup is must...and try to manage stress..as stress potentially effect ur eye pressure...doing this meditation and yoga ,deep breathing exercises are all beneficial 😊
