I'm getting 15 dividend Pay checks,About 470k in profits last yr. however I'm up already 165 % this year.. good dividend paying portfolio .although I use an F.A so buy as much as you can and wait for the rebound Only the brave gets rewarded in these times!

@minoritymindset Hello Jaspreet, i have a made few condo buildings in Bahadurgarh, a small town near Delhi, thinking of the passive income through rent. But to my surprise, the rent market is very bad in India, rents are so low that it can not even cover the bank emi. Also there are no management companies available, so i need to devote a lot of time and it is now not passive. Tenants do not want to even sign rent agreements and then there are problems of late payments, tenants friends visiting and creating disturbance, town planning department is also asking to get the building converted to commercial, even though i had told them that rent is personal income and it is taxed as personal income. Despite, i am willing to stick to initial idea and make changes accordingly Can you make a video explaining the percentages of ROI in case of rental property in USA over the years... Has the ROI improved over time and also had there been any changes in the market because of which rents increased.
Bro, if you’re already stuck doing your own property management which you don’t want to do, and there are no property management companies, why not start your own property management company? It is a little bit more work for you at the start, but for the most part you’re already having to do that work anyways for your own properties. Then once you get a few customers you can hire someone to do it. It is an established business model where you have no competition.

Get someone to pay you for them living in your home. Get someone else to pay you for you living in their home. Make a video about how you did that. I think I’m getting the hang of this 😀
Are dividends paid out for the current price of the stock? Or the average over a given time? If you can get the stock to drop before you have to pay out that seems grimy.
26. Staking Crypto. Theres a lot of Cryptocurrencies you can buy that allow you to "Stake" it. You lock a set amount of the Crypto into the system in order to validate other peoples trades/transactions and you will get paid a fee for acting as a validator. You lose the ability to actively trade with it while its staked obviously but you gain passive income.

Good list of ideas! Most of my passive income is from stock dividends, but am starting to work on my RU-vid channel and real estate investing. I also get a reasonable amount from LMCU checking (3%) and credit card rewards (~5k in bonuses in the past couple months).
I'm currently doing the same thing but also just started so I have a long way to go. Hopefully you're farther along than me and good luck with your investments
@@vibeladiesnight the 2 that i’m focusing on right now is geo and british petroleum midstream(bpmp). some people do stay away from geo because it’s a private prison company, which i totally get. in my opinion both stocks are undervalued and pay decent dividends. do your own research on decide for yourself if they’re a right fit for you. when it comes to private prisons geo and core civic (cxw ) are the two big boys on the block.

Not really passive income but....I won a couple thousand in a charity 50/50, and I am trading that money and each year I send them the profit on that money which is quite large, which is then tax deductible, and is doing a great thing for that children's charity!

About the cash back credit card idea; if you're going out with friends, you can put the bill on your card and have them Venmo you their share of the bill while you collect the 1-3% cash back.
Refinancing the home is definitely the worst advice. You lose more $$ in the long run. The rest of the other tips are good advice and ideas to try out.
Orrrrr, invest in cryptos. They have ways of staking and earning passive income. Sure the rewards are not that good atm but in another year you would be able to live off of these rewards.
