In case you haven't heard, we're now making appointments for ONLINE, face-to-face reptile presentations with me (Clint) at the Reptile Room! square.site/book/JYBMZXG2X02FF/clint-s-reptiles-virtual-show So if you'd like to hang out with me and my creatures and chat about reptiles from anywhere in the world, you can be one of the first to sign up!
Will Stewart i don’t think Clint could help without knowing everything that’s going on, I would contact a local vet and ask if you can call and talk to them, or if you have some sort of reptile rescue in your area. Props to you for helping a poor turtle! Thats a beautiful thing, and we need beautiful things right now. :)
Next up, 1 Second Reviews of Animals from Nerd & co: Gaboon Viper: Looks cool, but don't! King Cobra: Looks cool, but don't! Alligator: Looks cool, but don't! Children: Well .... it's complicated.
See, and I hated it, because mine is like my very best snake and one of the coolest ones I've owned. Doesn't eat me, or herself. This was the ONLY description I didn't like, but maybe my MBK is just an odd duck.
My MBK is amazing too! And most people seem to believe the MBK is the most chill of all King snakes. I think Clint may have had a bad experience with an MBK before, so I don't blame him >< not all snake species act universally the same, so its possible that either Clint's experience with an MBK went really bad with a bite or something, or it's possible that the others I've watched who said they're chill snakes were the odd ones out. Either way, mine is a sweetheart, and we love her very much! Although we do be careful with handling her after handling other snakes (wash all the scent off!) She's still a kingsnake after all.
Clint's Reptiles I have been debating between blue tongue skinks and ackie monitors for a long time. I lean towards the blue tongue skunk but don’t know the best way to feed it considering there is a lot of debate. What advice do you have for me?
@@ClintsReptiles A pair of caiman lizards, a gargoyle gecko, 2 leachianus geckos, 3 crested geckos, a blue tongue skink, ball python, bearded dragon, gidgee skink, hognose snake, and a common boa.
"The Caiman Lizard is a tegu crocodile hybrid that a wizard would make" I think that's one of the best lines reptile lines I've ever heard I'm heading off to find the corn snake vid since its been a while and it got the best rating
"They also might try to eat you from time to time; don't take it personally, they may try to eat themselves as well." That made my day X'D thanks Clint!
Thanks Clint. You’re an island of calm and awesomeness in crazy times. On top of that I never stop learning from you and your content is awesome. Your enthusiasm is infectious and so are the positive vibes. Blessings to you and your beautiful family
Loved this! Sending it to all the reptile lovers I know. “Don’t buy a reptile based on a ten second review...”. So sad that this warning had to be given, if even in jest! But ten seconds is still more than some people give, unfortunately...
Loved the video! Don’t suppose you’d be interested in covering a 10-second Mourning Gecko review in the next part? Your video was the one to introduce me to such lovely little geckos, and is love to see you talk about them again.
You’re amazing man. I always refer people to your channel when they ask me about reptiles they’re considering as pets. You cover everything so well in a very informative and fun way
I gotta say, your content is by far one of the best out there, I love every second of your videos, mainly due to how energetic and passionate you are. Keep going my dude
great idea for a video, and great execution of that idea. also seeing "volume 1" makes me very happy for the furute :-) Huge thanks to Clint and his whole team, this is a such a fantastic channel
I've been watching your channel for a while now and fell in love with both reptiles and your awesome personality, just bought my first reptile and it was a bearded dragon and this was after looking into all your reptile videos and I am sure I made the right choice I love my little dragon. Thank you so much Clint!!
I just wanted to come here and say you are so frigging awesome. I have been individually watching all your videos because your enthusiasm is so contagious. But I’ve been struggling with choosing. This video just was a huge overview and the biggest help!!! Thank you so much! Huge fan! ❤️❤️🦎
My 10 reptiles in 1 second Hognose snake: scaly Black mamba: scaly Green iguanas: scaly Bci boa: scaly Tegu: scaly Blue tounge skink: scaly Ackie monitor: scaly Savanah monitor: scaly and grumpy My leg: scaly 😜
Thank you so much for all of the videos! My boyfriend and I love to watch them and since watching your channel we have discovered that the western hognose snake and the Argentine black and white tegu are the right pet reptiles for us! We’re so happy with our new family members.
this was so so fun! you were definitely right in saying that if you make good decisions, reptiles can change your life, which they definitely did for me!
This video prompted me to go back and watch your Gaboon viper episode at NERD. The look on your face the first time that thing hisses on camera is priceless. Keep up the good work.
Yo Clint! Thanks for all the Lightning-ly cool videos! I hope there are more of these in the near future! : ) Keep doing what you do best!...... WHICH IS BEING AWESOME!
I think the boas are so gorgeous! I’ve never had a snake but it’s definitely something I’ve considered. Thanks for this video, I loved seeing all the reptiles and your to-the-point introduction on each one.
I love this style of video! I love all your videos, but sometimes I find them hard to finish if the animal doesn’t captivate me. This is like speed dating for pets, pick a few that sound good and get to know them a little better
My husband and I have a few of these lovely reptiles: A corn snake, a western hognose, 3 leopard geckos, an ackie, a BCI, and 2 garter snakes. They're all incredible and wonderful, and before getting any of them, we learned a lot from RU-vid videos including yours. Thanks for making great educational content. It's been a very helpful part of our reptile journey.
100% agree on Leopard Geckos being a great, "easy" reptile/pet. I would have also added to king snakes that they can often have neurological issues. Lovely video! thank you!
Great video with excellent and practical information! I wonder how African House Snakes might be described in a video like this (or in a stand-alone video with ranking). I'd love to hear your take on them! Be well.
Loved it so much! You are good at summering stuff but as you said 10 seconds of reseach is not enought but it offers a good overview for someone who just discoverd a passion for reptiles and needs help figuring out witch would be the best pet reptiles for them.
love your content man. watch you all the time for the latest reptile news and care techniques. I have two beardies and an assorted ball python. Also, my jumping spider. love your vids man. your great with all your animals and i strive to be on your level man. p.s. i was in utah for 3 months and i never knew you existed at the time.saaaaad
Nice video! I want all of them (except for the savanna monitor and the iguana, noting personal but I'm just in no way ever going to be the right pet human for them)
I just got my 2nd lizard today. He is a male blue tongue skink and I love him. My first lizard which I still have is a bearded dragon. I live your channel Clint it always has good info on reptiles. Keep up the good work
