Thankyou😘🙏😘😘😘nursing for many years life teases in many ways, being privileged to share one’s time with many lovely sovereign beings , within a caring sharing nursing approach, to oneself and to one’s fellow men. Yoga taught me that you breath in you have life, as the cells are oxygenated, with panic energy, you exchange the oxygen fog carbon dioxide, which you breath out by exhaling. If you don’t breath the out breath, then you die, so life and death in our breathing, in each breath. Ratanagiri monastery and Amaravati was a learning of living in the moment of now, by just being…..being this sovereign being having a human experiences in the moments of now, sharing moments with venerable Sumedhoe and all the visitors to the monasteries, or feeling the wind, rain, on one’s face, as one traveled the winding country roads to Ratanagiri, on a small motorcycle. Riches indeed, or doing hatha yoga on 10 day retreats. Don’t have a photo album, but do have a memory of peacefulness, which arises with joy in the heart, when ever l recall the past events, with gratitude, as they were all my teachers. Thanktyou for the lovely talk, whivch l’m watching in the comfort of my home, much love to you and all beings, may they find lasting peacefull ness within their individual sovereignty here on their individual sojourn on earth. Meta to all beings which we share Mother Earth planet with. 👋
🙏🙏🙏 Sadhu [ Alone I set out for the road; The flinty part is sparkling in the mist; The night is still. The desert harks to God, And, the star with star converses. The vault is overwhelmed with solemn wonder. The earth in cobalt aura sleep... Why do I feel so pained, and troubled? What do I harbour: hope, regrets? I see no hope for years to come. Have no regrets for things gone by. All I seek is peace and freedom! To lose myself and sleep! But not the frozen slumber of the grave... I’d like eternal sleep to leave My life force dozing in my breast Gently with my breath to rise and fall; By night and day, my hearing would be soothed. By voices sweet, singing to me of love. And over me, for evergreen, A dark oak tree would bend, and rustle Mikhail Lermontov (1814-1841) ]
We can smooth drive on the bumps, if you develop yourself well. นี้ก็มองให้เห็นว่าชีวิตไม่ใช่smooth แต่เราสามารถพัฒนาหรือทำตัวให้ดีได้
