Coffee, You sound like you've got flu. Trust that you would take good care of yourself ! I also have slowed down on my workout routine the past few days wondering if I should review my almost everyday workout schedule as it is eating up other aspects of my life...Well, this sit down/lie down workout could serve as my transition as I am feeling unmotivated/too tired to stand up ! Thanks - you often seem to know what we need ! BTW I'm loving your 12min pelvic floor workout and doing it weekly - I could feel an improvement after the 1st time ! Thanks thanks thanks !
