I am a 50 years old woman and a keen runner. I have been practicing this workout for everyday (except Sunday) for nearly 5 months now. I can tell you this workout really work. As a runner you need a strong glute muscle to perform your run and I noticed it really help me to get the right posture for my run and reduce the amount of injuries. Beside that I have a very bad hunchback and this issue has been resolved. Now I walk and sit with a strong straight posture which make me look 10 years younger lol Thank you so much coffee. Edit : still doing this workout and the results beyond your expectations. Keep going you will see the results.
@@jeraldhh For me Yes! On days, when I get lazy and stop doing for only 2days, I noticed my butt will begin to sag. So what Coffee says is true, gotta keep working hard for our body, let's all jiayou!
