The 15 year sentence is not based on probation violation. It’s based on the original conviction. If the violation is similar to the original conviction, the judge will not be lenient.
The violation doesn’t even have to be similar. I’ve seen people have a 18 year suspended sentence with 5 years probation for armed robbery and they violated the probation by failing a piss test and had to do the 18 years. If you have a suspended sentence the judge can make you do the full time for any violation if they want to be an assh*le and most judges are assh*les

I'm 6ft 4in 230lbs..... I feel like I still look like a slim cut up athletic build... but everyone refers to me as the "tall/buff guy". I didn't realize I was considerably "buff" until I seen this "tall/buff guy" reflection when I thought it was someone else and attempted to move out the way..... until I realized that was my reflection on the glass coming through the other side of the door. We look at ourselves everyday so alot goes unnoticed. You may sincerely "feel" like you look skinny..... maybe you should film yourself in a video or something and be honest with yourself.
That CDC studies did not say black men are the most “involved dads” lol. It says black men are the most involved with ACTIVITIES such as gettin ready for school, bath, homework… things along that line. This studies only pertains to children with fathers living in the house. So if your dad isn’t living with u (which is a lot for black ppl). You aren’t counted. Black dads living with family is small amount, which then makes the ranking higher. But, I can say, every black person I knew growing up, who’s dad lived in the house with them (which wasn’t a lot btw lol) their fathers were very present.
