I don't what to say other than, "That was magnificent!", although "cognicetti" is floating around in my brain. If only I was smart enough to use it in a sentence...🤔
Excellent demonstration and picking of the "Pick Proof" Segal. Most manufacturers - today anyway - say "pick resistant" - if they say anything at all! Having taught impressioning for nearly 60 years, it appears that the movable sleeve would in fact grab and bind the wider key pins first, then bind the thinner ones, making impressioning certainly possible. Particularly the bind and pull method, rather than the bind and wiggle.
Didn’t I answered like 10 times already here ? 😅 well I can’t tell anymore how often I have watched this video. It’s such an awesome lock and the video is so great done. It’s entertaining and teaches so much. It also covers the history. Very nice done arti and an impressive job at picking it. Thanks for doing such an awesome video 🎊🔥
Very interesting. Mr Segal had a product that would only be picked to pick it. Not as entry. Same with abloy classic. Also seen as something no one would pick
Its a pity that the court f the business of the former policeman over with that stupid decision. This lock was pickproof, every burglar would prefer to break something instead of manipulating this lock. Your level of presentation is 100% professional my friend :D
Absolutely phenomenal picking! I couldn't have done it better myself, no really I couldn't do it at all at my skill level lol. But I'm learning thanks to pros like you.who are willing to share your knowledge with us. Thanks and great picking!
I love these. I honestly figured your channel had more subscribers given how well put together and professional the video was. That being said, major props, u can't wait for more!
your videos are always amazing, thanks for your contributions to the community

As ever, production quality and, really, value-added to the actual pick is enormous. The history details really add to the video!! Fantastic work RT :D
That was very interesting! The history, lock and picking were all excellently brought together in your video. I figured decoding was probably the way to go as the sleeve nicely keeps the pins in their positions. Immobilizing it makes sense too. Although it isn't pick proof, it sure beats most designs currently used in pick resistance. What a great video👍
Question... how rare is this lock? Sounds like it was only manufactured for a few years before the lawsuit. I have one where the bottom sleeve is its own piece as well, held in by two pins. Well, when I received it there was only one pin but regardless, this will be a fun one to try and get a feel for now that I have some idea of what I'm working with
I did stand up and applaud after the video finished. Just so you know. The way the people in the library were eying me after that felt kind of uncomfortable though.
Thank you again for another amazing video! I own all the picks that you used in this video but you must’ve polish the heck out of those picks cause they have mirror finish (unlike mine).
Thank you sir! I think that must be the reflection from the camera lighting. I have maybe polished one or two of my picks (Im a bit lazy in that regard)
Man you stuff is just so much more beyond every other lock picking video out there, in terms of information, visual aids, production value. This was an amazing video!
