in my case I lost my parents.. all relatives friends all left me..but I had 4 dogs they stayed with me for ever in my happiness nd sadness to..they r world to me at present

This dog is for comfort which is not a task, people can have service dogs for depression but they need a minimum of three tasks that assist their disability. This did not explain any tasks; grounding, stopping someone from harming themselves, or seizure alert were not mentioned. Under that Ada comfort is not considered a task therefore this dog is not considered a service dog and does not have PA rights.
