@nicholashutchinson9348
@nicholashutchinson9348 4 года назад
Aidan McKean two definitions of generations according to the English dictionary one in which you are referring and another in which refers to the average human lifespan (ie until said persons from the given generation have died or lived a full life)..... so yes their have been 3 or 4 generations born, but their have not been 3 full time generations worth of time that has passed! 3 generations is your grandparents, my point still holds true no matter what way you look at it, most people have pictures/albums and other things from their grandparents or if they do not most people have things that are 100 or more years old in their homes....

FBE should make a year book, in it they can add their staff and reactors and their thoughts and experience with some memorable moments and then they can make a react video on it after 10 years. i would love to see that.

Elders react to a yearbook from today because I'm sure there would be some great reactions to photos and stuff like that and then you could possibly bring out the 1917 book 100 years of yearbooks

I KNOW questions need to be answered!

I was more concerned that in a year or 2 after these kids in the book graduated, how many of these kids survived the Spanish Flu, which attacked young people like them more than their grandparents(those with the healthiest immune systems surprisingly were most vulnerable to this strain of the Flu)
@Snikerpiker1
@Snikerpiker1 3 года назад
@@iwishiwasagreenlantern7282 I can 99% guarantee you that none of them died because of the war because there were no battles in America except for the attack on Pearl Harbor. Spanish flu perhaps but I hope that you brushed up on your history in the 3 years

I've spotted a mistake. The printing press wasn't invented in the 1880s, but around 1440. You're probably thinking of the rotary printing press, invented in 1843, which allowed mass production of printed works

We didn't get senior quotes. But there was a section devoted to current events and trends from that year. It's really cool to see something from so long ago and to get a glimpse of what life may have been back then. It was really surprising to see the school not be segregated. That was a pleasant surprise.

Is there really no poems in modern day senior year books? In Ireland, our Year Books always feature some poems. Indeed, one boy from the boys school in our town has won some poetry competitions and he is only in his early 20's!
