I have arranged a virtual community engagement meeting for Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to discuss a proposal to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law at 2620 Chalkwell Close.
The proposal is for 180 back-to-back townhouses that are three storeys in height on a private condominium road. This is the former site of Elmcrest Public School and is adjacent to City of Mississauga’s Sandgate Park. This meeting is being held to allow the applicant and City to hear the thoughts from local residents on these proposed changes early in the planning process.
