Some fast running from Great Barr to Churchfield along Newton Road. It would have been a nice long thrash all the way down the A-road if no one pressed the bell at 3:02...
Anyway, the ride was enjoyable, although it was a bit weird that the retarder did not turn on at all, while the "Stopping" light did not switch off. Everything else were fine, engine did not rattle, suspension was good, gearbox was loud, seats were comfy, and the interior colour scheme was bright and sharp. A completely different species compared to Arriva London's terribly noisy and annoying VLAs.
