I don't remember 27 much. You remind me so much of my younger self and even now during my own reflections (those never stop, they evolve) as someone old enough to be your mum, you've got this and your inspiring others. I just moved to CDMX myself yesterday. Ill wave if I ever see those braids walking by. 👋

I started my 27th year of life in 2021, on November 25th, and I wish I had seen this video sooner. With so many things that I've been feeling myself, stepping into this new season, I definitely needed this video, more than I even knew before I clicked on it. Nonetheless, I wrote down everything, I'm pinning it up on my wall, and I have saved this video, to listen to for motivation. Thank you so much for making this video and sharing your words and journey. This was such a beautiful video, and I am very appreciative.

Yeah, I never regret going to a workout class or yoga…it’s always hard to get there in the beginning because we don’t really want to exercise but the feeling that we have afterwards is always so happy and thankful that we showed up for ourselves

#8 reminds me of two sayings in islam that i find a lot of comfort in, one i'm not sure where it comes from exactly but the second one is a hadith. they go: "What’s meant for you will reach you even if it’s beneath two mountains, and what’s not meant for you won’t reach you even if it’s between your two lips" "What has reached you was never meant to miss you and what has missed you was never meant to reach you."

I'm 46, watching your videos and love them. Got them on a "mix" while I'm sitting here doing work I hate. Motivation. My husband is from and lives in Mexico City. I visit him often. Would love to move there but ... student loans, ugh. Life is beautiful and cruel. Maybe one day we can meet and swap testaments. I can confirm that you are going in the right direction.

thank you for this calming video. I'm about to turn 26 and there's so many decisions that I have to make. it's so overwhelming. This summer I did a few things out of my comfort zone. I pray that I continue this journey to venture outside of my comfort zone so that I eventually figure out who I am.

A therapist I follow on IG (@thebehaviourtherapist) rephrased “you are enough”: you don’t have to be anything other than what you are. And I think that’s helpful since “you are enough” can start to sound sterile cuz we hear it a lot
