Details:
🌟 I always keep a base amount of 100g or less
🌟 I always feed all of my starter, not a portion
🌟 I feed my starter based on what I’ll need for my dough
🌟 I never use ratios, it’s not necessary
🌟 I never discard, it’s not necessary
🌟 I feed her with strong white bread flour and tap water
🌟 I replace the lid firmly after feeding
🌟 make sure your tap water is safe to use, use filtered if you’re not sure
🌟 feed your starter with great quality flour for best results
🌟 stir with clean stainless steel utensils and clean them immediately
🌟 once I’ve removed what I need for my dough, I put the lid back on firmly, and return her to the fridge. No extra feeding is needed.
