My spelt and sweet potato master recipe sourdough in action...(from this weekends group bake) 

These doughs are made using the spelt and sweet potato master recipe loaf recipe from my new book... I used this recipe in a mass group bake this weekend but having recorded the doughs and outcome I thought I’d share it here too..
