go back and take a close look at the hardwood floors in the living room. you may not have noticed it with your bare eyes, but the camera shows us that the hardwood floors are all warped. look at all the ridges, edges of each board is up. looks like it may have flooded some how at some point and they just refinished the stain. they should be very flat not rippled like ruffles potato chips.
looks like someone went in and threw some paint and new fixtures here and there and didnt do a very good quality job of it. someones flip job, they dont care about quality, just make it look better than it was.
